This workshop is designed to help both partners build confidence for the big day. You’ll take in lots of relaxation, comfort measures, massage, imagery for labor, as well as communication skills for labor. Class time approximately 4 hours.
Taking time to practice and learn comfort measure skills will prepare you for more than just an amazing birth experience, it will help you bond as your prepare to welcome a new baby into your world.
This class specifically focuses on the hands-on tools you will want to have a more comfortable labor experience!
What You’ll Learn
The beautiful workbook that comes with this workshop is one you’ll want to spend time with for the duration of the pregnancy.You will receive 2 books: the Comfort Measures guide and the Relaxation and Visualization book. This workshop does not replace a childbirth education course, but it can be a wonderful addition to the Hospital Class or the Out-of-Hospital Class.
